The final version of accepted articles to this journal must be prepared using LaTeX and the Higher Structures class file. Instructions for its use are given in this PDF. These instructions were themselves generated using the journal class file. Authors are welcome to inspect the LaTeX source and associated BiBTeX file, though it should not be necessary to do so, as the PDF instructions themselves should be sufficient.

Once the final version has been prepared in this way, authors should send the PDF and LaTeX files, and a signed copy of the License Agreement, via email to the Managing Editor.
